These were made out of bed sheets and gardening polymer. When these ties are soaked in cold water for 10-15 minutes and then tied around your neck, they will provide relief from the heat for several hours. These are great for our soldiers who are stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is just a small way for us to show are support and gratitude for their sacrifices they make for our country and our freedom.
