CARE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY

The school building, grounds, and equipment which we now have are a part of the heritage of the student body. They belong to many generations and are not the sole property of any annual group of students. Thus it is the privilege and obligation of any one student body to appreciate fully, use carefully, preserve faithfully, and pass to future generations, the buildings, grounds, and it's equipment without blemish.

Anyone who maliciously damages or defaces any school property will replace or pay for the property damaged in order that only a desirable record of being a student at Texhoma High School may be in evidence for each person who enrolls in the school.

Section 623 - Parents are liable for any malicious or willful destruction of school district property.
