Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program (OHLAP)OHLAP Students - If you are an OHLAP student, check with the school that you wish to attend for extra grant money. OU, OSU, OSU Okmulgee and several others have incorporated extra money for OHLAP students. The award will be called by many names, according to the school you wish to attend. OU is the Sooner Promise, OSU is the Cowboy Covenant, and OSU Okmulgee is HELP. Some of the other schools are in the process of developing their grant program, so be sure to check. |
