E. Review and approve activity fund raisers for the 2007-08 school year and the use of school facilities for the purpose of the fund raisers

I. Take action concerning student transfers if any

J. Approve transfer of $54.71 half from Girls Basketball activity account and half from Boys Basketball activity account to cheerleader activity account. Transfer of $158.19 from Cheerleader activity account to Technology activity account.

K. Proposed executive session to discuss personnel pursuant to 25 O.S. 307(B)(1)

L. Vote to convene into executive session

M. Vote to acknowledge that the board has returned to open session and announcement of summary of topics discussed in executive session for inclusion in board minutes.

IX. Adjournment

The Board may discuss, make motions, and vote upon any matter appearing on tins agenda. Such motions and votes may be to adopt, reject, table, reaffirm, rescind, or take no action on any agenda matter.

The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss any matter on this agenda for which an executive session may be held under Oklahoma Law. (Discussion of employment. relationship with any employee, discussing negotiation procedures, or discussing expulsion or suspension in accordance with Article F, Section 68.)
